Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule any session, you must notify your coach a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Notification of less than 24 hours advance will forfeit a rescheduled session. In the event of an emergency please contact Manifest or your coach directly as soon as your are able to to review on a case by case basis. Rescheduled sessions will be handled individually, with your assigned coach, and must be rescheduled within 7 to 14 days. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or rescheduling individual sessions.
